海南省政府2025年08月24日09时40分提升台风二级预警为台风一级预警：台风“剑鱼”（台风级），09时中心位于北纬17.3度、东经111.1度，也就是在离三亚市东偏南方向约200公里的南海海面上，中心附近最大风力有13级（38米/秒），七级风圈半径200～220公里，十级风圈半径80公里，十二级风圈半径40公里。

预计，“剑鱼”将以每小时20公里的速度继续向西偏北方向移动，强度继续加强，逐渐靠近海南岛南部沿海，并将于24日下午到傍晚在海南陵水到乐东一带沿海登陆或从近海擦过（13～14级，40～45米/秒，台风级或强台风级），之后趋向越南中北部沿海。

受其影响，24日～25日，海南岛将有剧烈风雨天气：琼海、万宁、陵水、琼中、五指山、保亭、三亚和乐东等市县250～350毫米、局地400毫米以上；定安、澄迈、儋州、屯昌、白沙、昌江和东方等市县100～250毫米，海口、文昌和临高等市县80～100毫米。海南岛南部和西部沿海陆地风力逐渐增大到12～14级，东部沿海陆地11～13级，北部沿海陆地10～12级。
